DORCI 3D limestone tiles are the result of a meticulously refined manufacturing process that combines intelligent technologies with the finishing touch of human craftsmanship. This remarkable material is made from ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) using a unique formula composed of natural minerals. The advantages of UHPC include durability, corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal and sound insulation. Thanks to its extremely long lifespan, low maintenance requirements, and high fire safety standards, it is equally suitable for facades, cladding systems, and indoor or outdoor decorative surfaces.
Our glass fiber-reinforced concrete is primarily made from various aggregates and cement. Glass fibers, color pigments, and concrete additives make up about 10% of the mix, creating tiles that are exceptionally robust and durable. DORCI limestone tiles meet the requirements of fire protection class A1 “non-combustible” and are environmentally neutral, as no additional treatments or chemical coatings are required for fire protection.

2. Fixing
We recommend two types of bonding method:
3. Cutting
DORCI tiles can be cut; however, the cut edges will have an open structural profile and a different appearance compared to the original edges.
Cutting should be done using a handheld angle grinder equipped with 1 mm wide diamond cutting discs, operating at a low speed of approximately 4,000 RPM.
4. Grouting
1. Sealants
DORCI tiles are treated with a special surface process during manufacturing, so they do not require special maintenance. However, periodic re-treatment of the surface is recommended:
2. Care and maintenance
For stubborn stains such as oil, grease, floor care product residue, floor shine, rubber marks from shoes, soot, etc., we recommend using mildly alkaline general cleaning products.
3. Cleaning
